Post-Service Customer Surveys have been added to our program today. Now you can get feedback on the quality of your company's work directly from customers, draw the right conclusions and improve the quality of the services provided. You can ask all the questions that interest you, and the client will answer with an assessment on a scale of one to five.
To set up questions and other survey parameters, you need to go to the "Company" section - the "Customer Surveys" tab:
Every service you sell has a Poll tab that contains a link to a poll for a customer that needs to be sent to the customer for voting:
The survey page can be designed in the corporate colors of your company, in the office settings, the "Settings" tab. And the poll looks like this:
Also, a column has been added to the service tables, which displays the average score for the customer survey:
